Where do I ship?
For both the original illustrations available for purchase on my website and the Caged Bird pieces, I ONLY SHIP FROM SPAIN TO THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA.
How do I ship?
I work with Correos España, and orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 days after being received. They are sent as registered mail with a tracking number that can be followed on the Correos website.
You will receive an automatic email from Tomàs Bases confirming your shipment and including the tracking number (please check your inbox and spam folder) once your order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times according to Correos:

National (Spain) – 2 to 5 days. One delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, a notice will be left for the recipient to pick it up at the corresponding post office. If not collected within 15 calendar days from the day after the notice, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will need to be paid.

International (Europe) – 4 to 8 days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to various factors, so please place your order in advance. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date as it depends on circumstances beyond our control. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame, we kindly ask for your patience. Occasionally, international orders have been delivered up to 30 days after the shipping date. For this reason, we will wait 30 days before filing a claim with Correos in case the delivery has not yet occurred.
Before placing your order, please double-check that the recipient’s details are correct. If an error in the address prevents delivery, the package will be returned to us, and you will need to pay for a new shipment.
For international orders: Once the package enters the destination country, you should be able to track it through the local postal service, which will provide more accurate updates on its status and delivery timeframe.
We are not responsible for any import duties or additional taxes imposed by Customs.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs include transportation, packaging, and handling.
For these works, shipping is free.
How is my order packaged?
I take great care in packing your orders responsibly. The packaging materials used depend on the number, size, and nature of the items, always prioritizing product protection while minimizing waste. Typically, I use plastic sleeves to prevent liquid damage and semi-rigid cardboard to avoid bending.

What if my order arrives damaged?
I’m very sorry this happened! Even though I take great care in packaging, once the order is handed over to Correos, I cannot control how it is handled during transit and delivery.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please send me an email at tomasbases@gmail.com with photos of the package and its contents, and I will see how we can resolve the issue.
Can I return my order?
Oh no! :( I’m sorry you’re not happy with your order. Please email me at tomasbases@gmail.com, and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Your refund will be processed once I have received the item back at the return address. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

SHIPPING POLICY with The Print Space
Where do I ship?
FOR THESE PRODUCTS, I ONLY SHIP FROM SPAIN TO THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA.
How are orders shipped?
The Print Space ships orders in Europe via Deutschepost, DHL Parcel, and DHL, and in the UK via DHL and Royal Mail Signed For. All orders processed in their studios are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email with tracking information and a tracking number.
Printing takes 2-5 business days, after which your order will be shipped. Depending on the destination country, shipping may take between 3 and 7 days (prints are produced in Germany).

How is my order packaged?
Your print is first wrapped in paper and bubble wrap to prevent bending or damage. After wrapping, it is placed inside a sturdy cardboard tube, sealed at both ends. Once sealed, The Print Space staff ensures your order is shipped safely and on time.

Can I return my order?
Oh no! :( I’m sorry you’re not happy with your order.
If a print from The Print Space arrives damaged or defective, I will send you a free replacement print and cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
Please email me at tomasbases@gmail.com, and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
If at this point you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, I will process it. Once I receive and inspect the returned print at my studio, I will email you a confirmation of your refund for the cost of your purchase.
